Mensch um gewisse Anforderungen oder Aufgaben, die ihm im Alltag oder im Berufleben
begegnen, erbringen bzw. leisten zu können. Franz Weinert versteht unter Kompetenz die
kognitiven Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten, über die jedes Individuum verfügt, so dass es in der
Lage ist bestimmte Probleme erfolgreich und eigenverantwortlich lösen zu können (2002 S.
27).
Es wird auch von sozialer Kompetenz gesprochen, dies verweist deutlich auf den Aspekt
der Zwischenmenschlichkeit. Überall wo Menschen aufeinander treffen, miteinander
kommunizieren oder in Beziehung treten wollen, ist interpersonale Kompetenz von Nöten. Sie
